What nights of lodging are provided?

Lodging is at the expense of the attendee, however, our room block code is G-HAMC.   This discount code will available from Saturday August 2 to Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

 

When is the last day to book a hotel room with the discount?

The Cut off date is Monday, July 14, 2025.
